Small Business Front Office Manager Branson, MO | Full-Time | $20
  • 23 per hour We are a growing granite and countertop company in Branson seeking a highly organized, dependable Front Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a key leadership position within our company. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both customer service and financial administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, phone calls, and emails Schedule appointments, template dates, and installations Manage invoicing, payments, and customer accounts using QuickBooks Maintain accurate job files and documentation Coordinate with installers, fabricators, and management to keep projects on schedule Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment Manage office supply inventory Qualifications 1+ year experience in office administration or customer service Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling payments and financial records Ability to work independently and take initiative Construction or home service industry experience is a plus Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shift In-person position What We're Looking For We want someone who: Has a heart to serve customers to the best of their ability Takes ownership of their responsibilities Pays attention to detail Is reliable and punctual Thrives in a fast-paced environment Represents our company professionally at all times Compensation $20
