Departments Finance and Accounting The finance and accounting department handles financial operations within the dealership. They manage budgets, process transactions, handle invoicing, and track financial records. They provide insights into financial performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and support strategic decision-making. Administration The administration department supports the dealership's daily operations. Admin professionals maintain records, handle documentation, and coordinate appointments and meetings. They ensure efficient communication within the dealership and with external stakeholders. They may also manage customer databases and oversee general office tasks. Marketing and Advertising The marketing and advertising department promotes the dealership's products and services. They develop and implement marketing strategies, manage online presence, coordinate advertising campaigns, and organize events. They conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and create compelling promotional materials. Human Resources The human resources department oversees various aspects of employee management. They handle recruitment, employee onboarding and training, performance evaluations, and benefits administration. They maintain compliance with labor laws, foster a positive work environment, and address employee concerns. Rental and Leasing Some dealerships offer rental and leasing services for John Deere equipment. The rental and leasing department manages contracts, assists customers in identifying suitable equipment for their specific requirements, and ensures timely and efficient delivery and return processes.
