We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and approachable professional to join our team as an Office Manager/HR Coordinator. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values building strong relationships with staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative support to leadership. Maintain organized filing systems Human Resources Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support payroll and benefits administration. Assist with recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication. Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management and/or human resources (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Health and Safety background or certification would be considered an asset.
