Job Description

Our Non-profit organization is seeking a skilled bookkeeper/administrative assistant to support our team in the US and in Honduras where the Cornerstone Foundation supports a hospital, school and children's home. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team to maintain an organized well run U.S. office. Good communication skills written and spoken, excellent organizational skills, self drive, integrity and a desire for excellence are important to this role.
Responsibilities will include:
Corresponding with donors, missionaries and directors and staff. Maintaining a filing system Reconciling Accounts Data entry for Quickbooks and managing aspects of a small business, including payroll, and assisting with tax preparation. Making travel arrangements Answering calls Preparing manifests and paperwork for shipments of materials to Honduras.
Pay:
$23.67 - $28.50 per hour
