Job Description

Job Summary Manage the office operations to support the company's day-to-day production functions. Manage Inside Sales, Scheduling, Shipping & Receiving, Purchasing, AP/AR, as well as some HR functions. Essential Job Functions Inside Sales, Shipping and Scheduling Manage inside sales team, including hiring and training of Inside Sales Rep's. Become sites ERP subject matter expert. Manage production scheduling and ensure schedule aligns with customer, production, and shipment needs Manage shipping coordinators as well as receiving and shipping process and recordkeeping Operations & Reporting Review operational reports and schedules to keep management informed, identifying trends and flagging issues Analyze internal processes and recommends/implements procedural or policy improvements (e.g., supply management, records disposal) Plan, administer, and controls budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies Office & Records Management Plan and manage office systems, layout, equipment procurement, and supply inventory to maintain efficiency. Design and oversee filing and information management systems, including record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal procedures. Oversee maintenance and repair of office machinery, equipment, and related electrical/mechanical systems. HR Liaison Duties Manage office staff personnel activities, including, recruiting, HR onboarding, Kronos payroll, and vacation/benefits administration Coordinate activities of clerical staff, assigning and monitoring workload Serve as the location's resource for HR-related matters — new hires, onboarding, benefits, and safety — partnering with Corporate HR and participating in site safety committees Minimum Requirements 2+ years of office management experience Experience in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
