Job Description

Northwest Registered Agent is known for it's legendary client service and doing business the right way. At Northwest, support and privacy are at the heart of everything we do. We provide national registered agent service along with a variety of other services that help people start and maintain their business. We're searching for a Site Manager to support our office and team in Jackson, MS. You will be responsible for promoting ongoing success and growth for both our employees and customers as well as expanding the impact of the MS office. You will oversee the entire branch operation and actively assist in daily activities including mail processing, business filings, and customer service. We would prefer if you have a thorough understanding of registered agent and business entity formation services, but if you have previous leadership experience as well as experience managing multiple projects, building professional relationships and a demonstrated history of learning new industries, we'd love to talk to you!
Wage:
$55,000
  • $75,000 depending on meeting minimum and preferred qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to learn and adapt to an autonomy driven, employee focused company culture. Responsible for all leadership activities including scheduling, productivity and the personal and professional development for the local team (approx. 2-4 people). Be the expert and go to resource on all Mississippi business, mail, and filing related issues. Oversee and take part in the daily operations of your office including filings, mail, customer service & other duties and provide guidance to team members. Provide direction or manage escalated filing and client situations. Assist with processes, strategy, and staffing to ensure workload for your jurisdiction is completed accurately, within allotted time frames and meets our high customer care standards. Audit emails, filings, and processes then collaborate on best practices to drive ongoing process improvements for our teams and customers. Communicate and meet with other internal teams to increase camaraderie and collaboration, communicating in a kind, clear and timely manner when problems arise or assistance is needed. Communicate and support new process and product roll outs and changes. Learn and retain knowledge on document processing guidelines, filing specific requirements, and company services. Stay abreast of state and federal regulations and processes for your jurisdiction and ensure internal and external resources are up to date. Build relationships with local mail, state, and business leaders. Ensure consistent employee recognition and accountability processes are in place. Collaborate with local and company property managers to address building needs and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 + years leadership experience. Ability to build trust, train, motivate and develop employees. Acts with integrity, demonstrating honesty, transparency, positivity, and trust. Adaptable and willing to flex with changes, promote positive change management, and help drive company initiatives. A high threshold for navigating ambiguity while developing, implementing, and maintaining process improvements through growth and change. Strong attention to detail, organized. Self motivated and quick learner. Strong customer service skills, clear and concise communicator. Strong computer skills and comfortable conducting online research and troubleshooting issues. Collaborative & coachable. Available to work in office daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience with Registered Agent Services, Business Formation Services, Business Law or related field. Previous experience managing a team in a Registered Agent Services, Business Formation or Business Law environment.
