Full Job Description Corporate Office Manager Location:
Madison, Mississippi Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Corporate Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support company leadership in a fast-paced multi-location business environment. This position will be based in Madison, MS and plays a key role in helping drive efficiency, communication, accountability, and supporting future expansion across the company. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate office Supervise administrative staff and office support functions Coordinate communication between corporate office and multiple locations Assist leadership with planning and execution of company expansion initiatives Help develop systems and processes that support growth into new markets Oversee scheduling, meetings, travel, and executive calendars Maintain office procedures, systems, and workflow efficiency Assist leadership with reports, projects, and operational follow-up Manage vendors, office supplies, and facility needs Support HR functions including onboarding, paperwork, and employee files Ensure confidentiality of company information and records Help drive accountability and follow-through across departments Qualifications 3+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel / Google Workspace Professional demeanor with strong judgment and discretion Experience supporting multi-location businesses preferred Experience assisting with company growth or expansion preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid time off Career growth opportunities Stable and growing company environment Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday In-office position Apply Today Please send your resume to for immediate consideration.Pay:
