This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help foster a productive and friendly workplace atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Answer phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries and route calls effectively Assist with tasks using QuickBooks accounting software to support office financial processes Perform regional project coordinator/scheduling duties for Window Film/Flat Glass company Manage appointment scheduling for Auto Spa; cashier duties Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Google Workspace, and other office management tools Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and document proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy Support administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, organizing documents, and managing office supplies Maintain product inventory for various film products Experience 2-4 years of office clerical experience required in a moderately-paced environment; self starter Proficient in Google Workspace and QBO applications; knowledge of MS Suite a plus Education HS Diploma at minimum

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
