Our team values accountability, hustle, and smart logistics solutions. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to help lead daily operations and contribute to continued growth. The Freight Brokerage Office Manager will oversee day-to-day brokerage operations, support and manage staff, and help drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who can bring leadership, organization, and an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations of the freight brokerage Supervise, train, and support brokers and support staff Coordinate freight movements and ensure high service levels Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers Leverage existing book of business to generate immediate revenue Monitor KPIs, margins, and overall performance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics Proven experience managing or supervising a team preferred Existing book of business strongly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Proficiency with TMS systems and logistics software
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary (based on experience) Commission Performance bonuses Opportunities for growth within the company
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
