Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to support daily office operations, administrative systems, front desk coordination, and basic bookkeeping functions. This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting staff, clients, tenants, donors, vendors, and community partners. The Office Manager will thrive in a small team environment, bring strong attention to detail, and balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have many of the following skills and qualifications: Associate degree in business administration, nonprofit management, accounting, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of two years of experience in office administration, office management, bookkeeping, nonprofit administration, customer service, or a related role. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reception, customer service, or office administration Provide administrative support across all departments, including Lending, Homeownership, Property Management, Fundraising, Accounting, Marketing, Community Building & Engagement (CBE), and Construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment Proven ability to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Flexibility to occasionally work mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. The Office Manager will supervise and support the Administrative Assistant, coordinate front desk coverage, assist with office procedures, vendor communication, meeting support, and general administrative needs. This role also provides bookkeeping support, including assistance with accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as help with data entry among various departments.
