Job Description

Are you a seasoned office professional? Good news! Westaff is searching an Office Manager for a local non-profit in Helena, MT !
Term:
Temporary, 3+ months
Schedule:
Full-Time Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay:
$25-30/hour
What You Will Do:
Provides clerical support when needed such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records. Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Create surveys, compile survey data, and distribute results to appropriate individuals. Organize assigned projects, meet deadlines, and provide tracking, status updates, and effective administrative support.
What You Will Bring:
At least 3 years of experience in a professional office setting required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Commitment to maintaining consistent availability and scheduled work hours. Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. •Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check.
