1 Responsibilities Manage daily office operations Maintain accurate records of sales/ inventory and customer information Assist with scheduling appointments for sales and service departments Process paperwork for vehicle sales and trade-ins Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed Support the finance department with paperwork and customer financing applications Prepare and distribute reports as requested by management Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in an automotive dealership or related industry) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ Outlook) and basic accounting software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
