//fieldsautogroup.hireology.careers/ Responsibilities Manage and oversee office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating, etc. Oversight of accounting function and related information Responsible for all aspects of general ledger Prepare and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports in a timely manner Understanding of the payroll process and related tax systems Oversees vendor management and outsourcing remove Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filing Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy Organize and update financial records Perform various monthly reconciliations Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
