classicalacupuncture.us) is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable office manager/admin assistant to help our small healing-arts practice run smoothly.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 1:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM (12 hrs/week)
Pay:
$20-22/hour, based on experience What you'll do:
  • Handle day-to-day admin: creating invoices, email correspondence, filing, basic bookkeeping
  • Oversee scheduling changes
  • Reconcile Venmo and credit card transactions
  • Place and put away supply orders
  • Turn over treatment rooms between patients
  • Wash, dry, and fold linens/towels
  • Sterilize instruments per clinic protocol (we'll train you)
  • Take on special projects (building spreadsheets, Word documents, organizing workflow) What we're looking for:

  • Strong communicator, comfortable working closely with the practice owner. You'll also communicate directly with clients and other practitioners at times, so very clear English language skills are needed for both spoken and written communication (calls, emails, text, letters, and documents)
  • Comfortable with basic bookkeeping, including reconciling accounts and collecting unpaid balances. We're happy to train the right person in these specific skills
  • Comfortable with computers/Excel/Word; general office experience a plus
