Position Overview The Office Manager Assistant will work directly with our management team to support daily operations, customer service, scheduling, employee communication, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who understands the cleaning industry and enjoys helping both clients and team members succeed. Responsibilities Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Support scheduling and route management for cleaning teams Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Assist with customer service and client follow-up Help onboard and support new cleaning staff Maintain employee and client records Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs and schedule changes Assist with quality control and client satisfaction initiatives Help monitor office systems and operational processes Support sales, lead management, and general office projects
QualificationsRequired:
Previous experience in the residential or commercial cleaning industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working with scheduling software, email, and basic office technology Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred:
