We're seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our Corporate HQ. You will serve as the backbone of our corporate operations — a trusted, detail-oriented professional who keeps the business running smoothly across finance, legal, HR, compliance, and day-to-day administration while supporting leadership across our growing portfolio of hospitality properties and development projects. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations , including record keeping, assisting with accounts payable reconciliation, and responding to office equipment/property maintenance requests Support HR functions , including onboarding logistics, employee file management, unemployment claims, and coordinating new hire orientation Coordinate employee health insurance policy renewals, changes, and open enrollment periods Coordinate with outside counsel, CPA, and lenders on legal correspondence, annual tax preparation, refinancing due diligence, and entity-level reporting Manage mortgage tracking, payment schedules, and property tax obligations across the portfolio Manage business licenses, LLC annual reports, and property/general liability insurance across all entities, including renewals, annual audits, and compliance deadlines Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues , coordinating with service providers and tracking resolutions Own shared calendar management for meetings, appointments, and office events with enthusiasm & attention to detail Assist with clerical tasks such as sending correspondence, managing files, document proofreading, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed Skills Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of office management or executive assistant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptionally organized with a strong instinct for prioritization — you can manage competing demands without dropping anything Polished communicator, both written and verbal, who naturally represents the company well at every touchpoint Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information about personnel, finances, or projects Resourceful self-starter who doesn't wait to be told when something needs attention Pay:
