Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate communication across departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses strong multilingual skills, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel or resort setting. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and prompt resolution Oversee night audit processes, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Maintain effective phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Foster a welcoming environment by promoting hospitality standards and guest relations excellence Train and mentor team members on hotel management procedures, customer service techniques, and multilingual communication skills Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit procedures, guest services, and resort management Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team dedicated to hospitality excellence Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through energetic leadership and dedicated service!
