Office Manager Benefits:

Office Manager Responsibilities:
Oversight of all office positions Leadership and training for office staff Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner
Office Manager Requirements:
Experience
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience (home care or healthcare preferred) Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred Skills
  • Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills Characteristics
  • This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
