About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, reliable Office Manager to join our team fully in-person at our local office. You will be the face of our workplace, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring a welcoming, smooth, and highly efficient physical environment for our staff and clients.
Shift Shift:
Full-Time, On-Site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Manage receptionist duties, greet visitors, handle incoming mail, and oversee general front-desk workflows.
Facility Upkeep:
Monitor the physical office layout, maintain equipment function, and coordinate with building management.
Inventory Control:
Monitor, restock, and organize office and kitchen supplies to anticipate team needs.
Vendor Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, maintenance crews, and utility providers.
Executive Support:
Coordinate internal meeting spaces, schedule appointments, and assist leadership with logistical tasks.
Team Integration:
Help onboard new hires on-site and coordinate logistics for company culture events. ✅
What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated on-site office management or senior administrative experience.
On-Site Reliability:
Consistent, punctual attendance to ensure the physical office is open and operational daily.
Software Fluency:
Deep proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office platforms.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and in-person communication skills with a client-facing attitude.
Multi-Tasking:
Proven ability to handle physical and digital organizational tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Financial Tasks:
Basic experience tracking expenses or managing small-scale office budgets.
