Job Description

Bookkeeper /
Office Manager Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office and company finances, including picking up mail from post office, cash handling and weekly bank deposits
  • Handle AR, AP, Payroll, Sales Tax reporting, Bank Rec using Quickbooks
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Generate month end financial reports
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Quickbooks, accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
