Applicant must be motivated to obtain knowledge in the water treatment industry as it relates to the products and services offered. Sales background beneficial as will be able to sell products and services to walk-in customers and via phone. Responsible for maintaining accurate customer account information, effectively communicating customer service requests and schedules with drivers, technicians, and management to achieve on-time delivery or service. Continuously improve efficiencies regarding accounting, record keeping, delivery routes, routine preventative maintenance programs, and customer service. Review aging analysis to maintain that customers are current. Apply payments to customer accounts and perform bank deposits. Monitor, review, and correct status of inventory and equipment. Applicant must have the flexibility and transportation means to work from the New Bern and Cape Carteret Branch offices periodically with advance notice.
