Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pinehurst office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and on-boarding Care Professionals as well as scheduling of the work force. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the HR department in the recruiting and onboarding of care professionals Oversee the scheduling function. Manage office supplies and inventory, including budgeting for necessary purchases. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering a professional office environment. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management review. Experience Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred. Recruiting experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
