Job Description
Office Manager - Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zipline Job Overview Turn great adventures into great guest experiences! Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zipline is looking for an energetic, organized Office Manager to lead our sales, reservations, guest check-in, and administrative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced outdoor recreation environment. During peak seasons, you'll lead and support our seasonal sales and guest service team. During shoulder seasons, the role will be more hands on. If you're a strong organizer, natural team leader, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day success of one of the region's premier outdoor attractions. What You'll Do Lead daily sales, reservations, check-in, and office operations Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise seasonal guest service staff Keep phones, guest check-in, reservations, and sales running efficiently Deliver a friendly, professional guest experience in person and over the phone Coordinate communication between guest services, activity operations, and management Support scheduling, employee paperwork, record keeping, payroll, reporting, and other administrative functions Help maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, invoicing, and office records Resolve guest concerns and help turn challenges into positive experiences Look for ways to improve efficiency, sales, communication, and the overall guest experience What We're Looking For Experience in office management, hospitality, tourism, guest services, retail, or a similar leadership role Strong leadership and people skills Excellent organization and attention to detail A friendly, professional communication style Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Comfortable being both a manager and a hands-on team member Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office and spreadsheet experience preferred Experience with reservation, POS, scheduling, or accounting systems is a plus Why Hawksnest?
