Overview We are seeking an experienced , organized and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette. Manage the office's phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Perform administrative tasks such as typing documents, proofreading materials, and maintaining organized files. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed. Provide support to other departments by assisting with various office tasks. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for visitors. Open the office promptly at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in using computer systems and office software (Microsoft Word and Excel). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Punctual. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems. Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Ability to move around the office and lift up to 20 pounds.
