We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric clinic. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and clinic activities Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and office equipment Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction Assist with financial management, including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives Benefits that

Skills and Qualifications:
