Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who has strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Construction Administration Permitting Applications Resolve concerns Payment Pickup Inspections Ordering and tracking Creating job books for supervisors Scanning and saving construction related information Customer Service/Warranty Preparing new buyer information packets including subcontractor list Mailing and tracking 60 day and 11 month warranty letters to buyers Inputting and tracking of warranty requests Assistant to President of Operations Various projects and tasks Assistant to Sales Manager Closing Coordination Preparing closing packets for agents, which includes Obtaining termite letter, lien waivers, deeds, and keys Preparing new buyer information letter Managing utility transfers from Isenhour to the buyer Various projects and tasks Office Administration Order office supplies Receptionist Receive, date stamp and distribute mail Company calendar
