Interim Nurse Manager, Emergency Department

Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Nurse Manager, Emergency Department in North Carolina. The organization is a Level I Trauma Center, Burn Center, and academic medical center.

Key Qualifications:

BSN preferred. Academic medical center experience Active North Carolina nursing license (North Carolina is a compact state). Large hospital and/or high-volume experience. Level I trauma experience. Our leaders receive a competitive compensation package that includes housing, transportation, and regular travel home. The pay rate for this position is $850 per day ($221,000 annually), with final compensation based on experience, expertise, and education. Kirby Bates Associates is an EEO/AA employer.
