OFFICE MANAGER - ENDODONTIC PRACTICE
Green Tree Endodontics is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy, single-doctor endodontic specialty practice. This position requires a seasoned dental professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of dental insurance and practice administration. Experience is Required. Applicants without prior dental office management experience and advanced insurance knowledge will not be considered. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of front office operations and patient scheduling Supervise and support administrative team members Coordinate patient communications and ensure an exceptional patient experience Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims Monitor accounts receivable and maintain collections processes Manage daily financial reporting, deposits, and office performance metrics Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies Oversee scheduling efficiency and workflow management Serve as the primary liaison between patients, insurance companies, and the doctor Required Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of dental office management experience (specialty practice experience preferred) Extensive knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim submission, claim follow-up, appeals, and reimbursement procedures Demonstrated success in resolving insurance claim issues and maximizing collections Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn and utilize practice management software Experience with electronic claims processing, digital records, and insurance portals Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and take ownership of office operations Preferred Qualifications Endodontic or specialty dental practice experience Experience with practice management software and digital imaging systems Knowledge of accounting, payroll coordination, and financial reporting What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a respected specialty practice Paid time off and additional benefits available based on experience and qualifications If you are an experienced dental professional with exceptional insurance expertise, strong computer skills, and the ability to lead a successful specialty practice, we encourage you to apply.
