DSG is seeking an Office Manager in our Dickinson, ND location. In this full time, hourly position, work typically ranges between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion according to business needs. As an Office Manager, you will provide support to the branch by performing a wide variety of administrative duties and be responsible for overall day to day office operations and the scheduling of Administrative Assistants. At least 2-4 years experience in a general office setting. Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and communication skills across a variety of settings (in-person, phone, and email).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to multi-task.

Office Manager:
Maintain responsibility for the overall success of our phone system through answering and directing calls in a courteous and professional manner while working to improve on-hold time, incoming ring time, and overall customer calling experienceManage customer, vendor, and other visitors experience to our branch including greeting customers/visitors, directing them to the appropriate person/area or responds to their inquiriesOversee planning and coordination of customer and employee eventsAssist with processing and organizing Vendor Rebates and ReturnsBalance cash drawer and prepare bank deposit & Daily EDITManage freight claim processOperate and maintain office equipment and suppliesCreate/Update spreadsheets and databases as requested by the branch managerAssist Operations Manager and Branch Manager on other administrative duties, such as managing special projectsAssist in coordinating general maintenance and repair projects, office furniture, filing system, and manage some branch communications as neededIdentify work procedures in a priority manner, prioritize workflow and communicate priorities effectively with associatesAdvise branch manager regarding customer related and/or branch procedural issues that may need to be addressedAnalyze and resolve work problems, or assist associates in solving work problemsManage office access including opens and closes of the building and ensure security, cleanliness, and overall professional environmentA Successful Office Manager Typically Has:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.At least 2-4 years experience in a general office setting.
