Office Administrator Butler Machinery Company

Responsibilities :
Coordinate outgoing, incoming, and inter-office mail distribution. Provide backup coverage for the Receptionist during breaks, lunches, and time off. Collect, prepare, scan, and organize documents from various departments. Submit invoices to third party online payment portals. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory. Process and allocate weekly credit card transactions. Support special projects and administrative needs across various departments as needed. Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required One year of administrative, office assistant, or receptionist experience required; two or more years preferred Experience working with a multi-line phone system Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience with document scanning, indexing, and workflow systems preferred Basic math and accounting knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications As a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 900 associates in 20 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Nebraska.
