We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives. Position Overview Qinetiq US is looking for a Office Manager to support Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking an office manager to support our SDA North Operations. A successful candidate will be able to work in a high paced environment, deliver quality products, and address multiple requirements. The candidate can apply their organizational skills to help solve complex issues and ensure the office workflow continues even during high demand activities.

Responsibilities Administrative Servies:
Provide administrative support to facilities operations, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-through. Manage and track facility-related requests through ServiceNow, including work orders, updates, and status reporting. Utilize digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow) to assist in planning, tasking, and communication efforts. Maintain awareness of basic building system functionality, tracking and documenting utility and system information as required. Support office moves, layout changes, and relocations. Engage in building walkthroughs to identify maintenance, safety, or operational concerns. Coordinate findings with relevant teams for resolution. Assist in developing, coordinating, and executing special events.
Facility Management and Project Support:
Provide facility management in support of SDA missions, including the design, buildout, maintenance, and operations of multiple facilities. Manage daily operations, including space planning, desk reconfiguration, shredding, and government asset relocation. Execute ServiceNow work requests, monitor ticket status, and recommend system improvements. Conduct frequent building inspections and ensure repairs are tracked and completed, including preventive maintenance and coordinate services with Vendors as needed. Manage physical asset inventory. Regularly monitor utility and building systems. Coordinate inspections and compliance checks to ensure equipment functionality and adherence to health and safety regulations. Engage in facility meetings with stakeholders, representatives, and tenants. Provide coordination and administrative support for facility projects, tracking progress and milestones, and maintaining communication between stakeholders. Coordinate the delivery, placement, and maintenance of assets at SDA facilities in alignment with requirements.
Budget Support and Resource Management:
Provide support in developing and submitting budget requirements. Ensure the proper utilization of resources (funding, equipment, labor, facilities) to meet operational missions. Track and report accountability for IT equipment, facility supplies, and appropriations. Manage office and IT equipment to improve resource efficiency. Prioritize resource allocation to address shortfalls effectively. Required Qualifications Strong organizational skills. 5 years direct experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic IT and facility management experience. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. TS/SCI eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob
