Job Description

Office Manager - Join Hight Construction is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is a key part of our team and supports communication, coordination, and daily business operations across the office and field. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions Support project managers, estimators, accounting, and field staff Manage schedules, meetings, and office communications Assist with payroll, invoices, job paperwork, and subcontractor documentation Maintain organized records and filing systems Help ensure deadlines, reports, and project documentation stay on track Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment Professional communication and customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Office and general office software Construction office experience preferred, but not required Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Hight Construction?
