Office Manager position is a 40 hr/wk, 12-month paid position. (8-4, M-F, No weekends, holidays off) Key Responsibilities Office Management Church Service Prep Membership Records Financial and Human Resource Coordination Financial Data Entry in coordination with accounting firm Council and committees communications Supervises
- None Facilities Management
- work closely with the Buildings and Properties committee
Skills :
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
- Ability to effectively assist others
