Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative to join our team. This position will be primarily focused on office administration, accounting support, and customer service, while also providing project coordination support to our sales team as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new things, solving problems, and taking initiative. Previous office, administrative, accounting, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate.

Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required. + Previous office, administrative, accounting, or customer service experience preferred. + Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply. + Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Regular and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience + Associates degree from two-year college or technical school or Bachelor's degree

+ This position operates in an office environment which requires sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include: + Assist with setting up new customer accounts. + Process and organize invoices, including drop-ship orders. + Assist with accounts receivable and other basic accounting functions. + Communicate with customers regarding account or payment questions. + Maintain accurate customer and account records. + File and organize accounting and business documents. + Assist with mail, shipping, scanning, copying, and general office responsibilities. + Order office supplies and help maintain an organized and efficient office. + Provide administrative support to sales and other departments as needed. + Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as they arise. Project Coordination Support As you learn our business, you'll also have opportunities to assist our sales team with projects.
Responsibilities may include:
+ Coordinate customer orders and delivery of electrical materials. + Communicate with contractors, customers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding timelines and product availability. + Maintain shipping schedules and provide project updates. + Work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer relationships. + Coordinate shipments from manufacturers to our warehouse and ultimately to customer jobsites. + Accurately process and bill material shipments. + Assist with logistics, order tracking, and delivery coordination. + Help resolve order, shipping, and project-related issues. + Provide administrative support throughout the life of a project.
