Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage vendor relationships, coordinate schedules, and support various administrative functions.
Duties:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services
  • Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in calendar management, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
