Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm •
Location:
Manchester, New Hampshire We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator for our team! Working alongside in the office, you will be booking events at local retailers and businesses for our team to fundraise as well as making recruiting calls to book in interviews and grow our office. Your day to day will require high volumes of calls to store managers and business as well as high volume to eager candidates applying to our sales position. We will train you to be confident and successful in pitching managers and business owners over the phone to achieve the events necessary. You will have the opportunity to learn about the marketing and business industry that plays a huge role within the non-profit sector. As part of the events team, you will learn about various aspects of administration, time management, event scheduling, communication, sales, and more.
Your Role Includes:
Coordinate all levels of events from vendor/solicitation selection, to application and licensing process, to successful execution Maintain/develop/update, in extreme detail, database system with past/current/future events, connections, and points of contact Provides the highest standard of customer service and serves as the primary point of contact for all event queries and event staff Manage all merchandise used for events Establish/maintain new and old relationships with business owners, representatives, city council, and other event representatives Be able to express in great detail the nature of the events and our clients' cause Recruit and book interviews, as well as host or conduct interviews What the ideal candidate looks like: Handle high expectations and multiple tasks Meeting goals and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a high-pressure environment Be efficient and well organized Be pleasant with an approachable nature Be able to work with minimal supervision Ability to take initiative and solve problems and accomplish goals A calm demeanor during high paced and intense situations Excellent written and verbal communicational skills If you have prior high volume calling experience or looking for a change of pace in the office admin sector, this is a great position for you!
