What You Will Do:
We are looking for a passionate Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. The successful candidate will help to create an efficient, organized, and productive work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating executive travel, and supporting the company from an administrative perspective.
Core Responsibilities:
Office Operations Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth workflow Maintain office systems, procedures, and policies Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Administrative Management Support CEO and CFO with travel coordination Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings Preparation and submission of expense reports for the CEO HR & Staff Support Assist with onboarding new employees Maintain employee records and office policies Support staff with administrative needs
Strengths You Will Bring To Our Team:
3+ years working in a similar role, with increasing responsibility. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Experience in a start-up environment strongly preferred.
