OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As a part-time position, flexible hours may be negotiated based on personal needs. Responsibilities Include Answer phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and handle meeting arrangements using virtual platforms. Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming Manage small firm bookkeeping, billing and payroll on Quickbooks and ADP Support clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and managing correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records for office management purposes Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and streamline administrative workflows Experience Needed Prior office management or administrative experience in a professional setting is required Proven proficiency with computer skills including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proper phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
