THE JOB:
Join our team as a Ticket Office Supervisor and play a key role in creating unforgettable entertainment experiences. You'll oversee ticketing operations, ensure accurate show information, and serve as a welcoming first impression for our guests. By building genuine connections and delivering personalized service, you'll help transform every visit into an extraordinary experience that keeps guests coming back for more.THE DAY-TO-DAY
Support the Manager in maintaining all shows or events inventory Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions; provide detailed information regarding the property amenities and local area Maintain internal and external show information and outside property sales in the ticketing system; update information on all tours, shows and other event sales Develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest patronage Generate daily reports on all events for senior leadership, management and promoters Manage the guest queue system assembling or disassembling queues and stanchions as needed Supervise Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s), create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment Develop and mentor hourly employees to ensure departmental standards and goals are understood and met Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theftTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High school diploma or GED is required 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Ticket Office experience or cash handling is required Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is requiredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
