Responsibilities:
Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, route calls efficiently, and support internal communication Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files Microsoft Office applications Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating records accounting software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory to maintain an efficient workspace Support office management functions by coordinating maintenance requests, overseeing office protocols, and ensuring compliance with company policies Skills Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication Previous office experience demonstrating familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and phone system management Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your administrative talents will make a real difference!
