Job Description

401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager Rubber & Silicone Products has been a manufacturer of various rubber and silicone products for over 60 years. We are looking for a dependable individual who is willing to learn various office duties. We are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
Filing paperwork as necessary Entering customer order and shipping product to customers Sending purchase orders to different vendor Following up with vendors on status of order Updating customers on status of orders Answering phone along with talking to customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organization skills Previous experience with Excel and Word Previous experience with FedEx and UPS
