Job Description
Overview Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person with a minimum of 2-4 years' experience to support attorneys and staff in our Office Services Department in its Florham Park Office. Duties Printing, copying, scanning and binding of documents; duplication of CD/DVDs; keeping timely and accurate job request/billing information for accouting Ordering and maintaing inventory of copy center supplies Providing basic information to attorneys/staff as needed; handling supply inquiries Maintain cleanliness of the copy center, performing minor repairs on copiers; coordinating major repairs on copiers with contracted repair facility Perform other administrative-related tasks as assigned The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines. The candidate must maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as an integral member of the practice group. Job related experience is required. Proficiency in stanard office equipment and software is a must.
