Freehold, NJ Position:
Full-Time Salary (30 hours/week to start) This is a growing positon

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Build Something Meaningful With Us Life Steps Day Hab is a growing Day Habilitation program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Monmouth County. We are seeking a professional who is looking for a long-term career and wants to grow alongside our organization. This is much more than an office position. You will become an essential member of our leadership team and serve as the right hand to the Executive Team, helping oversee the daily operations of our facility. As Life Steps continues to grow, this position will continue to evolve with increased responsibility and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities  Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.  Assist with the overall management of the facility.  Maintain DDD documentation and ensure records are completed accurately and on time.  Learn our documentation systems and ensure data is entered correctly within required timeframes.  Create and manage monthly calendars for multiple program groups.  Maintain attendance and daily administrative records.  Track monthly deadlines and ensure compliance tasks are completed on schedule.  Maintain the front desk, client binders, records, and administrative systems in an organized and professional manner.  Coordinate with staff regarding assignments, deadlines, and compliance requirements.  Maintain staff training calendars and monthly compliance schedules.  Complete monthly exclusion checks and other required compliance tasks.  Monitor office and program supplies.  Order supplies through Amazon and approved vendors.  Create shopping lists for office and program needs.  Monitor kitchen inventory, ensuring food is stocked and expired items are removed.  Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors professionally.  Conduct tours for prospective families with warmth, professionalism, and honesty.  Assist with admissions and family communication.  Assist with social media, marketing, and community outreach.  Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional facility. Minimum Qualifications (Required)  A minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative experience is required.  Experience in healthcare, human services, DDD/IDD, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, social services, home care, or a related field is strongly preferred.  Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.  Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.  Professional appearance and demeanor.  Experience interacting with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, dependable, and takes ownership of their work. This individual should naturally see what needs to be done, communicate effectively with staff, maintain a professional appearance, and help create a welcoming environment for members and families. Experience working with autistic adults or adults with developmental disabilities is highly valued. Training We are happy to provide additional training to the right candidate, provided they possess the required administrative and healthcare or human services experience. Important Note This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced professional who can build upon an existing foundation of administrative and healthcare or human services knowledge. If your background does not include relevant professional administrative experience, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
