Office Administrator Full-Time During Tax Season | Flexible Hours Outside of Tax Season We are seeking a friendly, dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing CPA firm. About the Role The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting our accounting and administrative teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities Cover reception duties when required Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars Maintain client records and organize documents Manage tax season workflow and assist with administrative projects Process mail, correspondence, and electronic communications Support partners and staff with various office tasks Manage office supplies and vendor relationships Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally Assist with onboarding and training interns and seasonal staff Provide guidance on office procedures, software applications and administrative workflows Qualifications Previous administrative or office management experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent computer skills, and ability to learn and use new software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in a CPA, legal, or professional services firm is a plus Familiarity with tax and/or bookkeeping software is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible reduced-hour schedule outside of tax season Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and development Paid holidays and benefits package (if applicable) If you are a motivated professional who enjoys keeping an office running efficiently while providing outstanding client service, we encourage you to apply.
