This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will contribute to quality patient care and efficient office functions. Responsibilities Confirm scheduled appointments and reconcile them across various calendars and systems Assist healthcare providers with office equipment and technical resources, troubleshooting basic issues Organize and manage files for scheduled evaluations and depositions, including processing reconciled files Send and receive charts and electronic files, ensuring accurate recordkeeping Conduct administrative chart reviews for accuracy and completeness Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner Provide office hour coverage and support daily operational needs Escort patients to and from examination rooms and assist with chaperone services for exams as needed Assist medical providers with schedule management and deskwork entry Maintain the office appearance and cleanliness to promote a professional environment Troubleshoot basic technical issues with computers, printers, fax machines, and scanners Perform additional duties as assigned to support office efficiency Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service focus with a professional attitude Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Additional Skills & Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum of 1 year related administrative experience; healthcare experience preferred Experience in front desk administration and customer service Flexible schedule to accommodate office needs and coverage Elevate your administrative career by joining a professional healthcare environment where your skills will make an impact on patient and provider experiences.
