Northern NJ (Belleville, East Orange, West Orange, Jersey City, Englewood Cliffs) 🕒

Type:

Full-Time 💵

Pay:

$28•33/hr + Benefits We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage 5 busy outpatient offices. You'll lead a team of 14 providers and 16 staff, streamline operations, and ensure top-notch patient care. ✨

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations Lead, coach & support staff Manage staffing, scheduling & workflows Handle escalated patient concerns professionally ✅

Requirements:

3+ years in healthcare office/multisite management Strong leadership & communication skills Experience in high-volume, multispecialty practices (Epic a plus) 🎁
