Duties Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to engage guests and promote menu offerings Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers Assist with food handling, food safety procedures, and food preparation tasks in accordance with health regulations Support sales efforts by upselling menu items and promoting special offers to enhance customer experience Requirements Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, especially in food service environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of the food industry, retail math, and cashiering procedures is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
