This vital role combines office management, vendor coordination, and team support to ensure seamless operations on busy construction sites. You'll be the backbone of our administrative functions, empowering project teams to succeed every day. Duties Manage daily office operations, including filing, record keeping, maintaining organized project documentation. and preparing construction proposals Oversee vendor management by processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier relationships. Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new team members, managing payroll using QuickBooks. Skills Proven experience in office administration with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Supervising experience in team management or project coordination roles within construction or related fields. Proficiency with QuickBooks for payroll processing and financial recordkeeping. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and team members. Strong schedule management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Familiarity with office experience including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone systems. Knowledge of construction or is a plus.
