Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands on and reliable to join us in the role of Office Manager. This position will oversee the daily office operations of our corporate office and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient. workflow. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business and general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools and resources.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Accounting:
Handle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Other Responsibilities Providing coverage during employee absences/time off Organize office operations and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Successful candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Dependable, reliable and goal driven Able to present friendly and sincere passion for assisting employees & clients Associate's degree in business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in office management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
