Due to recent growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced, enterprising, and industrious office manager to join our team. We are the exclusive dealership for Pioneer Boats, Jeanneau and Buddy Davis Yachts. We are currently expanding the manufacturers that we represent and are in need of more staff to aid in this department's growth. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your multitasking skills, office management expertise, and customer service talents in a fast-paced setting. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide excellent customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries efficiently Assist with personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements or special project coordination Organize and streamline office procedures to enhance overall efficiency Manage office correspondence, including emails, memos, and internal communications Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs Experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette mastery Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Previous experience in customer service or reception roles like dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant experience or office experience that showcases multitasking capabilities Join us as an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
